卵という名の腕時計である。滑らかなボディ形状は、液体金属を想定してデザインされた。この金属の小球は生命の源であり、人の腕に置かれるとゆっくりと発芽し、四方に金属の触手を伸ばす。やがて人と一体となり共生体へと成長する。この腕時計のコアには、外周から中心に向かって伸びる非常に特徴的な針が配置されている。細胞核に隠された遺伝子をイメージしてデザインされた柔らかいアームは、優雅に人生の時間の経過を知らせる。

ISSEY MIYAKE OVO is a watch named "egg."
Its particularly smooth body shape was designed to evoke the image of being made of liquid metal.　The small metal globe symbolizes the source of life. Slowly germinating on one's wrist, it extends fluid metal legs in all directions, eventually melding with its host, and the two grow symbiotically. At the core of this wristwatch are two highly distinctive hands that extend from the periphery towards the center. Designed with an imagery reminiscent of genes hidden within a cell's nucleus, they gently convey the passage of time in one's life.
